Hampshire Energy Efficiency Partnership (HEEP)

The Hampshire Energy Efficiency Partnership (HEEP) aims to promote sustainable energy use, reduce CO2 emissions and to reduce fuel poverty across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Members include energy, sustainability or housing officers from Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth and Southampton City Councils, Isle of Wight Council and district councils within Hampshire.

  • To promote the development of good practice
  • To disseminate information and share resources
  • To work collaboratively on projects
  • To raise the profile of Hampshire work
  • To influence government policy on home energy efficiency
  • To identify opportunities from local, regional or national agendas to promote energy efficiency in Hampshire

As a member of HEEP tEC supports the partnership to reach its aims. In particular we raise awareness of current work, highlight best practice, provide insight into policy and industry consultations, identify opportunities for funding to support local action and signpost residents to their local council for further assistance.
